A Manhattan man is recovering after crashing his motorcycle in Ossining on Wednesday afternoon.

County police say the unnamed rider was driving recklessly on Route 100. They say he was seen overtaking several vehicles.

Police say he then collided with a car at the intersection with Chappaqua Road.

He was knocked unconscious and taken to the hospital.

During the investigation, police say they recovered an assortment of health and beauty items.

They determined they had been stolen from a Target in Mount Kisco.
