Police in Toms River are looking for a man accused of robbing a smoke shop and attempting to restrain an employee with zip ties.
Officers said the suspect robbed the Noble Smoke Shop on Route 37 on Monday morning. He was seen wearing a North Face jacket with a fur hood and colored cargo pants.
Police said he tried to tie up a female employee with zip ties, but she broke free and called 911.
The suspect was last seen in the area of the Jamestown Apartments. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
