A BMW was stolen from a CVS parking lot in Morris County with a dog still inside the vehicle. Police said the SUV was taken as the owner was at the store.
Florham Park officers used GPS to track the vehicle about 20 miles from the CVS to Avenue C in Newark. The dog has still not been found.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Florham Park police at 973‑377‑2200.
