Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a violent robbery that occurred Sept. 8 in Brooklyn.

Investigators say the 67-year-old victim was inside a building on Atlantic Avenue when a stranger approached, punched him in the face and took $120.

The suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction, according to authorities.

The victim sustained minor injuries and received treatment from EMS crews at the scene.

The NYPD released an image of the suspect.
