The cold case of a Sing Sing prison stabbing has finally been resolved after nearly 30 years.
Allah-Son-Allah, 54, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the deadly 1995 stabbing of 32-year-old Michael Jones.
Both men were in prison at Sing Sing correctional facility in Ossining.
Prosecutors say Son-Allah was part of the Five-Percent Nation, a Black nationalist group influenced by Islam.
Members of the group within Sing Sing voted to stab Jones on Christmas Eve because he wore a cross, according to prosecutors.
