Police say a man was fatally shot in the head in Crotona Park East.
It happened around 1:16 p.m. Friday near 1420 Stebbins Ave.
EMS took the 35-year-old man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln where he was pronounced dead, according to the NYPD.
