A man accused of illegally selling vape products in Franklin Square is facing multiple drug charges, according to police.
Authorities say they uncovered large quantities of THC and flavored vape products during an investigation at a smoke shop on Hempstead Turnpike around 10:15 p.m.
Officers apprehended 46-year-old Chaitanya Sanapathi, of Garden City, at the scene.
The charges against him include criminal possession of a controlled substance, sale of restricted products and sale of flavored products prohibited.
He is expected to be arraigned Sunday in Hempstead.
