        Authorities have apprehended a man accused of shooting at police officers in New Jersey.
        Kelvin Sanders, 48, faces attempted murder charges following the incident Saturday afternoon on Chancellor Avenue in Irvington.
        According to police, officers approached Sanders, who was armed, and he fired at them before fleeing. The search effort involved officers from Newark, New Jersey State Police and the prosecutor's office.
        Sanders was taken into custody and charged. Fortunately, no officers were injured during the incident.
