        'Stay alert.' Holiday travel ramps up in Connecticut ahead of Thanksgiving

        AAA Northeast estimates 80 million people will travel this Thanksgiving holiday, and most of them will be driving.
        News 12 Connecticuts Justin DeVellis caught up with some travelers in Darien.
        “We have people coming in from DC,” New Haven’s Christine Bartlett-Josie says. “My family is in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and then some in DC.
        “Keep your eyes open and stay alert,” Rhode Island’s Mac Donohue says. “Take care of yourselves and Think about your family.”
