A Brooklyn man was arrested in connection to an arson spree across Prospect Heights and Clinton Hill, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Bryan Oviedo, 32, allegedly set fire to approximately 20 buildings between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Aug. 20.
The Church of St. Luke and St Matthew, located at 520 Clinton Ave., was one of multiple buildings damaged in the spree, according to authorities.
