Police say that a 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged with assaulting a woman who lived in the same building as him. Jakhongir Sattorov was charged with rape, assault, obstruction of breathing, and criminal mischief. The 59-year-old woman was sexually assaulted Friday night in Bensonhurst, according to investigators. Authorities say that she was taken to a hospital, where she is expected to recover. It was not immediately clear how the suspect approached the victim.
