A Bronx woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing two men and slashing another steps away from two hospitals in Norwood, authorities say.
Alyana Randolph, 31, is accused of carrying out the
attack using a cutting instrument at around 6 p.m. on April 29. Police say a man who accompanied Rudolph to 3424 Kossuth Ave. remains on the run.
The duo walked up to the men and started an argument before Randolph allegedly took out the weapon and began attacking them.
Authorities said a 28-year-old man was slashed in his hand, an 18-year-old was stabbed in the torso and a 24-year-old was stabbed in the upper back and back of the head.
The men walked into NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx, just steps away from where they were attacked. Montefiore Hospital is right across the street.
Police say the three victims are expected to make a recovery.
Randolph is charged with two counts of attempted murder and three counts of assault.
Anyone with information about the man who police say was at the scene of the attack is asked to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
