A shooter who fired at a man in Morris Heights on April 20 was arrested, police said. Niquan Terry, 23, was arrested after shooting at the man, 30, on Davidson Avenue and West 177th Street, officials said. No injuries were reported. Terry is facing multiple charges, including attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
