At approximately 4:48 a.m. Troop G troopers responded to a multi-vehicle crash with life-threatening injuries.

State Police are advising drivers to avoid the area.

Authorities say that the State Police Accident Reconstruction Team is en route to the scene.

The southbound side of Route 15 is currently shut down.
