Police arrested a man who they said led officers in a high-speed chase through two Hudson Valley counties.

Dashcam video captured the end to the pursuit in Putnam County, where deputies used a grappler to stop a fleeing U-Haul.

Deputies say it started after 35-year-old Frank Commisso allegedly stole power tools from a tractor supply store.

He was charged with fleeing a police officer and petit larceny.

Police also arrested a passenger in the U-Haul who is facing separate charges.

Detectives say no one was injured.
