Brian Van Zandt is an entrepreneur from North Babylon. He worked in sales for several years before becoming his own boss. He is bringing more color and creativity to concrete walls all across Long Island.
Brian offers wall printing service to commercial and residential properties. In April, he bought a specialized machine to start his business --
Inked Wall Creations.
"It is a large-format on-site printer that can print images, artwork, murals, motivational quotes on flat vertical surfaces," said Brian. Any design, or print you want, he can print it on any vertical surface.
"I've been looking to start a business on my own for quite some time. I came across this, and it immediately grabbed my attention. I wanted to be a part of it," said Brian.
Brian is using his specialized machine to help
Family & Children's Association, a nonprofit organization, print a massive logo in the lobby of its Hempstead location.
"We're really grateful for Brian's partnership and his willingness to support a local nonprofit and do a beautiful piece in our lobby that will be the first thing our client will see when they come here," said Erica Schifano, assistant vice president of the Family Support Division.
"They do a lot of hard work - there's not a lot of recognition sometimes for the organizations so I wanted to bring awareness to the good things that they do and also bring awareness to the things that we can do," said Brian.
