Gov. Ned Lamont lifted the travel ban on commercial vehicles that he put in place during the weekend winter storm.

Lamont ended the emergency order on state highways as of 6:30 a.m. Monday but is urging all motorists to avoid driving Monday so plow crews continue their work to clear the roads of snow and ice.
