The Jersey Shore is expected to see the greatest impacts from the developing nor’easter, including 1 to 2 feet of coastal flooding, 11-foot waves and winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts of more than 45 mph.

Sea Bright’s Office of Emergency Management is tracking potential impacts from Thursday through the weekend.

Officials are encouraging residents to move vehicles from side streets to the municipal parking lot and secure outdoor furniture.

Department of Public Works crews are clearing storm drains and cleaning up beaches.

The borough is also staying in contact with JCP&L to ensure power can be restored quickly if needed.

A beach replenishment project is already scheduled to begin in December and be completed in March.
