3h agoA Monmouth County teen has been giving up his Saturdays to help out at a nearby assisted living community.
Elliott Franklin has been helping out at the Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury assisted living facility since his freshman year of high school.
Now a senior, Franklin has become friends with many of the residents. For his commitment, He was named Volunteer of the Year by the Healthcare Association of New Jersey.
