A room full of people erupted into applause and gave a standing ovation as President Donald Trump took the oath of office becoming the 47th President of the United States.

Despite the snow and cold, Republicans braved the conditions for the Huntington GOP’s Inauguration Day viewing party celebration.

Over 100 people attended the party at the Industry Lounge in Huntington.

Thomas McNally, the chairman of the Huntington GOP, says people in his party are invigorate, and says there is a lot of support for the president locally.
