2h ago A Pennsylvania man was arrested for stealing from a Target store in Elmont and is now in ICE custody, according to Nassau County police.
Jose Asto Jacome, 27, allegedly stole from the Target on Hempstead Turnpike yesterday, police said.
He was located shortly after and arrested.
Following an investigation, authorities determined Jacome had an outstanding warrant of removal pending with ICE, leading to his transfer to their custody.
