The spooky season is in full swing in Westchester, where the world-famous Headless Horseman kicked off this year's Tarrytown Halloween parade.

People traveled from as far as Florida and Kentucky to take part in the celebration and show off their costumes.

Harry Potter was a popular choice, with kids and adults alike dressing up as characters from the series.

About 15,000 people joined one of the biggest Halloween celebrations in the country.
