A New York man has pleaded guilty to a deadly parkway crash that happened more than 15 years ago.
Prosecutors said Chaudhry Yousaf was driving under the influence in 2009 when he crashed into a tree, killing passenger Harris Kahn.
Yousaf failed to appear in court in 2010 and had been on the run until his arrest at John F. Kennedy International Airport last December.
His sentencing is scheduled for September.
