According to Scott, more than 60% of the apartments offer stunning, unobstructed views of Fort Greene Park, which sits right outside the building’s doorstep. “We are literally on the park,” says Scott. “The more we can offer that kind of product to the community, the better it is.”

Scott tells News 12 that each apartment, whether a cozy studio or a spacious two-bedroom, is intentionally designed for modern living amongst a diverse community.
