Authorities received a call for a basement fire around 10:31 p.m. Wednesday at 580 Brooklyn Ave. Around 60 fire and EMS personnel responded.
One firefighter was injured and transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County.
Fire marshals are investigating the cause of the fire.
