        A fire broke out Tuesday morning at the North First power plant in Williamsburg.
        In Citizen App video, smoke was seen billowing from the facility on River Street between Grand and First streets just before 10 a.m.
        News 12 has been told nearly 60 firefighters and first responders reported to the scene.
        The FDNY is working to determine what caused the fire. Traffic delays are expected in the area.
        No injuries were reported.
