A family’s plea to put a killer behind bars. News 12’s Valerie Ryan has their cry to police for justice as they share more about the legacy of their loved one.
Police say 28-year-old Richard Spigner Jr. was fatally shot outside his home just days before Christmas.
Spigner's loved ones say he was a devoted father, friend, son and sibling. His family believes an argument between Spigner and someone he knew led to his death.
They are calling it a senseless act of violence. News 12 spoke to the victim's sister.
"I want this killer to know that he took away a great dad, a great person, a great brother and a great family member." said Tasia L., the victim's sister.
Police have not made an arrest and his family says they will not stop fighting until Spigner's killer is brought to justice.
