4ds agoA plane skidded off the runway at Essex County Airport according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Officials say that it happened Wednesday around 5 p.m. at the airport in Fairfield.
Only the pilot and one passenger were onboard. No injuries were reported.
The aircraft was described as a Beechcraft BE58.
The FAA says it is looking into what caused the incident.
