        Dry weather continues with chance of rain over the weekend

        Temperatures start off seasonal for the weekend, but warm back up into early next week.

        A Red Flag Warning is in effect for Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Winds will gust 20-30 mph during the afternoon. Sustained winds will range from 10-15 mph. If a fire were to start, with conditions like these, it would rapidly spread. There is a chance of rain late in the weekend, but this won't amount to very much. Temperatures over the weekend will cool back to seasonable levels and then warm back up early next week.
        New in the Tropics: Rafael is slightly stronger and better organized this evening after moving over part of Western Cuba yesterday. It's now in the Southern Gulf of Mexico. Winds are now 115 mph. The forecasted track of this storm is now more west, and it will stay more suppressed going into the weekend. Due to stronger wind shear over the weekend, the storm is forecast to weaken by Sunday and early next week.
