Two New York City DEP workers were injured in Putnam County when an ATV rolled down a steep embankment at the
West Branch Reservoir in Carmel last Wednesday.
Authorities say one of the workers remains hospitalized while the other has been released.
The Carmel Fire Department says the ATV dropped about 12 feet and one worker was trapped underneath.
Both were taken to Danbury Hospital.
