New Castle police say someone called in the crime last Friday. Multiple agencies had been tracking the group suspected in other area crimes.
Officers found the suspects in Pleasantville. Three were arrested on the spot, and a fourth was taken into custody after a short search.
Police say they recovered stolen property but did not specify what was taken.
