A Floral Park father is accused of hitting an 11-year-old girl in the face during a soccer game.

Michael Stallone, 43, punched the child after she collided with his daughter in Garden City, according to court documents.

Court documents say Stallone was arrested later that day with a pill in an unlabeled bottle.

Stallone's attorney says his client never hit or injured anyone. He says it was not Stallone's daughter involved in the collision, but rather a teammate.

The attorney says the pill was prescribed for a work injury.

Stallone pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
