13ds agoBridgeport Youth Lacrosse held its 4th annual Sports & Education Summit at Housatonic Community College this weekend, drawing its largest crowd yet.
Founder Don Wilson emphasized the summit's purpose: "This event provides guidance and resources for high school students transitioning to college."
Since 2006, Bridgeport Youth Lacrosse has worked tirelessly to increase awareness and opportunities for urban youth and combat violence through education and sports.
