A campaign worker for Mayor Joe Ganim has been referred to criminal prosecutors in connection with the city's ongoing ballot fraud scandal.
Two voters filed a complaint claiming a woman admitted to illegally collecting absentee ballots.
One voter said the woman told her she hoped she voted for Ganim on Row A or that she would be upset with her.
Seven people, including three current or former Bridgeport CityCouncil members, already face election fraud charges.
They could reach plea deals next month.
