An immigration judge Thursday scheduled a bond hearing for the Connecticut teenager arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
Rihan will go before a judge Monday.
The 18-year-old Cheshire High School senior was arrested by agents 10 days ago even though he is in the country legally.
Rihan is currently being held at a Massachusetts detention center.
The hearing could lead to Rihan being released.
