A federal judge ordered a bond hearing for a high school student from Cheshire who is currently being held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

The Wednesday decision stated that the bond hearing is to be held no later than next Monday.

It could lead the student, known as "Rihan," to be released from a Massachusetts detention center.

Immigration agents arrested the 18-year-old last week, a month after they were forced to release his father from their custody.
