Police have identified the victim of a fatal West Farms shooting that took place over the weekend.

According to police, 29-year-old Stefon Barnes was shot in the upper right thigh on East Tremont Avenue at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.

He was taken to a hospital where he later died.

Anyone with information on the shooting suspect is asked to call authorities.
