A man is facing felony assault charges for a brutal attack against a 90-year-old woman in Brighton Beach, according to police.

Investigators say Jacob Thomas, 24, stands accused of throwing a large furniture item containing trash at the victim near Brighton Beach Avenue on Aug. 31.

The random assault was caught on camera. The footage shows the woman lying on the sidewalk as the suspect flees on foot.

Police say she was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Coney Island in stable condition.

The suspect remained at large for over two weeks following the attack.

The NYPD released an image of Thomas in an effort to locate him on Sept. 6.

The search came to an end when officers arrested him on Wednesday.
