The new year is bringing New Year's resolutions for many.
Exercise and eating healthier are the most popular.
Millennials and Gen Z are most likely to make resolutions. Women are more likely than men to say they will set a goal for 2025, especially when it comes to exercise.
"It's hard to not get the instantaneous gratification. But if you can stick with it and allow the process to be lengthy, the results stay longer and they will eventually get there," says Chelsea Piers member Dani LaFlamme.
More than half of U.S. adults say they'll make at least one resolution for 2025.
