State police say Aaron Morgan had a loaded gun, metal knuckles and nunchucks on him when he was stopped over the weekend.
Troopers say they initially stopped to help Morgan when his motorcycle became disabled.
News 12 is told the 45-year-old from Queens was wearing patches of a known motorcycle gang. He also was allegedly in possession of a small bag of a white powdery substance.
