Every year, Long Island families make memories at Adventureland, and this weekend the park opens for the season. We're here and there are some new things to look forward to. And for that we sent our Rich Hoffman over to the park this morning to show us the new things, give us the weather, have some fun. Richard doing everything. Yeah, we're definitely going to be having a lot of fun here coming today, and this right behind me is one of my kids' favorite rides right now. I got a 3 and a 4 year old, the helicopter ride. We're kind of in the unofficial kitty land over here, and we have a lot of new exciting things coming your way this spring and summer. So spring officially started yesterday, but this weekend, the first weekend of spring, is the opening weekend for events. they're in phase two of the new update in parts of the rides that are gonna be coming in. You're gonna be excited about. We have the wave twister and we have a lot of other exciting things with with Jimmy right here and you're gonna tell us about some of the exciting things also a positive news here a price hold. Yes, so we're calling it a price freeze. We're freezing the prices, but we're not freezing the fun. So like you said, we're in phase 2 or phase 5 for the. corner. So we're bringing a lot of new things to the park, but we're we're freezing the prices so you can have a lot, a lot of new fun at the same prices as last year and um as well as something else that's new this year is we have payment plans, online purchases we now have payment plans so you can have the fund now and you can pay for it later, which some people are already starting to take advantage of and that's exciting and again like I mentioned, it's like the little kitty land park. Side here in the park. Now on the other side that we're gonna go to in a in a little later this morning it's a little lighter that's phase two and how many there's 5 phases, how long is that whole process gonna take? So yeah, that's gonna be it's gonna be 5 phases. Each phase is basically gonna be a year, so we're about to finish year 2. So it will be about 3 more years until it's about completely finished, and it's gonna be, it's gonna be a big deal. It's gonna be I think pretty impressive. People are going to be surprised.
