Seven people were displaced after a fire at a home Sunday night in Orange.

Fire officials say they received the call about the fire at the home on Union Street around 8 p.m.

The fire started on the bottom floor of the home before it spread to the second floor.

Crews were able to bring the fire under control.

Officials say the majority of the damage was contained to the back of the home.

The Red Cross was contacted to assist those who were displaced.

A cause of the fire was not immediately known.
