A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after he was found unconscious and unresponsive Thursday night in Bed-Stuy, according to police.

Investigators say the victim was found with a serious head injury in front of 158 Tompkins Ave. at around 10 p.m.

It’s still unclear what weapon was used in the assault.

The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

Police tell News 12 they continue their investigation to find who was responsible for the attack. They haven’t shared a description of a suspect or person of interest.
