Police say three men are dead and eight others are injured after an early morning shooting broke out at a Crown Heights lounge.

It happened around 3:27 a.m. at Taste of the City Lounge, located at 903 Franklin Ave., according to the NYPD.

Police say the victims who died include a 25-year-old man, a 27-year-old man and a man of an unknown age.

The other eight victims, who are recovering at local hospitals, include five men and three women ranging in age from 27 to 61 years old.

So far, the NYPD says they recovered 36 shell casings at the scene.

They say a gun was also recovered near Bedford Avenue and Eastern Parkway.
