A Mahwah police officer began investigating possible drug sales in the parking lot of a business on Route 17. Officers stopped a vehicle around 5:30 p.m. that was reportedly connected to the suspected activity.
Police said three adults and a 7-year-old child were inside the vehicle.
A search uncovered suspected cocaine packaged for distribution and several hundred dollars in cash, according to police.
Davion Hicks, 22, Raymond Gomez, 37, and Kimberly Colon, 29, all of the Bronx, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.
