5h agoA 29-year-old man has been arrested and is facing rape charges following an incident that took place on Jan. 27 in the victim's apartment in White Plains.
According to police reports, the victim stated that Diego Fernandez Quintero had been menacing her and that the two shared a prior relationship.
Quintero is currently being held at the Westchester County Jail.
