A 17-year-old boy was shot in the head in East New York and left fighting for his life, police say.

It happened outside 514 New Lots Ave. just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The NYPD says paramedics rushed the victim to Brookdale Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition as of Wednesday evening.
