Police say Juan Camilo Alape-Penuela and a pick-up truck crashed on Flanders Road near Birch Creek Road early Sunday morning.
Alape Penuela died at the scene.
A passenger was thrown from his car and another passenger was trapped.
Both women were seriously hurt.
The driver of the truck was also hospitalized with head injuries.
