Three gang members, including a Yonkers man, are facing federal charges in an execution-style murder in the Bronx.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Milan Wright, 19, and two others were charged Thursday.

Authorities say Ralph Herrera, 33, was shot while standing on a sidewalk last August.

The shooting happened two days after the three men charged got into an altercation with Herrera, and officials say the killing, which was captured on video, was in retaliation for the perceived slight.

The charge of racketeering conspiracy carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
