Authorities have identified a woman recovered from the water in Lloyd Harbor as missing Oyster Bay resident Brittany Kritis‑Garip.

Suffolk County police say the 32‑year‑old was found dead in the Long Island Sound on Monday night.

She was last seen on March 20.

The cause of death has not yet been determined.

Detectives believe her cause of death to be non-criminal in nature.

Homicide Squad detectives are continuing the investigation.
